I created wireframes and interactive prototypes so that the team could see how:

  • The LTI grant allocation flow, allowing HR professionals to set up multi-year schedules.

  • Employee-facing interfaces, making LTI packages easy to understand.

  • Vesting tracking dashboards, showing real-time updates on budgets and analysis.

In parallel, I helped our story writing process with use cases, and micro animations emphasizing good team communication and ensuring that the LTI workflow was clearly defined in product documentation.

I conducted usability testing with HR professionals and finance teams, refining workflows based on their feedback.
